Executive Assistant (Store Operations + Marketing)

Overall Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing executive support by managing multiple complex calendars, planning, and organizing events and meetings of all sizes, and coordination domestic and international travel.  This position will handle or assist with administrative matters of a confidential nature.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

  • Scheduling/coordinating meetings and arranging appointments. 
  • Scheduling/coordinating travel and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources. 
  • Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry. 
  • Producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting, and filing information, handling mail, preparing routine reports, responding to inquiries, and data entry
  • Handling confidential business and personnel information.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5 or more years’ experience providing support for senior level executives. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with urgency to situations that require quick turnaround.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
  • High level of integrity and discretion. 
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
