Mgr, Digital Ad Product
Overall Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Onsite Product Strategy for Tractor Supply’s Retail Media network. The focus will be on delivering business value through innovative ad products that meet the needs of our customers and partners. The Ad Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business partners, to drive product changes and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality ad products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and partner needs to inform product strategy.
- Translate business goals and user needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Identify key metrics and analytics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure our ad products are best-in-class.
- Collaborate with Finance to create business plans for new product opportunities.
Delivery & Execution:
- Align product development with company priorities to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all quality and change control standards are met.
- Formulate, test, and refine product hypotheses through user research and testing.
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, incorporating user stories into release planning.
People & Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration with Engineering, User Experience Designers, and other team members to drive product value.
- Advocate for modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
- Act as a domain expert, empathizing with and understanding user needs.
- Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Retail Media on overarching program strategy.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, from executive leadership to store associates, to align on product vision and strategy.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5-7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in retail or advertising environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field preferred. MBA is a plus. Any combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: Association of International Product Marketing and Management Certification (AIPMM), Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Digital Product Manager (CDPM), Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO).

- Proven experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience conducting user research and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and innovate.
