Specialist, Integrated Media
Overall Job Summary
TSC is seeking a data-driven, strategic, and collaborative Specialist, Integrated Media who supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of paid media campaigns that span digital, social, and traditional channels. Working closely with Tractor Supply’s media agency, internal teams, and vendor partners, this role plays a key part in amplifying the TSC brand, driving traffic, and increasing customer engagement across all touchpoints—store and digital alike.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel media plans (digital video, display, paid social, linear TV, radio, OOH, etc.) that align with brand and promotional calendars.
- Partner with manager, internal stakeholders, and media agencies to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution across channels.
- Aid with campaign setup, pacing, and optimizations to ensure performance goals are met.
- Support day-to-day media agency management, ensuring clear communication, accurate briefs, and timely feedback.
- Maintain documentation of media plans, budgets, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
Data & Performance Analysis:
- Contribute to the analysis of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, DSPs, and internal dashboards.
- Assist in creating post-campaign summaries and identifying key learnings to help improve future campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and product marketing teams to ensure media plans align with overall marketing goals.
- Develop working relationships with counterparts across product marketing, local marketing and measurement teams.
- Assist in tracking media budgets and invoice reconciliation with finance and vendor partners.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in media planning, buying, or campaign management, preferably within a retail or agency environment.
- Working knowledge of key media channels and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs, linear and connected TV, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and build strategies from them.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and media tracking tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Meta/Pinterest Ads Manager, Tableau, PowerBI)
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
