Specialist, Marketing Ops

Overall Job Summary

The position drives the day-to-day execution for the planning and implementation of national Seasonal and Center Court Events as it relates to data collection, production schedule management, creative process and proofing management, and coordinating the needed material for DMM and Executive Planogram Walks. This role will work closely with various cross-functional departments to accomplish flawless execution of in-store events and associated POP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

  • Gathers and coordinates accurate information for Seasonal and Center Court POP requirements and coordinates daily tasks with internal cross-functional departments to ensure all detail is provided in completion and for accuracy. (30%)
  • Develops the needed schedules for collecting and processing data (SKUs, pricing, images) input from various parties, including maintaining and managing the schedule to ensure no missed deadlines. (25%)
  • Attend and document cross-functional meetings to review and plan themes, product selections and proofing. (25%)
  • Proof in-store signage, and other printed marketing materials. (15%)
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation new Marketing Request Forms as needed to support in-store POP needs. (5%)
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years related experience in Retail Analytics or related business

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance preferred or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

  • Demonstrate strong problem solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team, positively handle conflict, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Display detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Mac application ability helpful.
  • Ability to identify proper word usage, grammatical and spelling errors.
