Sr Specialist, Visual Presentation

Overall Job Summary

This position is responsible for creating and communicating executable sales driving initiatives and standards for Visual Presentation to all stores. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Coordinate and lead cross functional teams in development of new planograms and events.
• Create communication of SDI’s and video training for the execution of all planograms/changes, marketing instruction sheets, and presentation standards for all stores.
• Coordinate with Merchants and Marketing to create signage and/or P.O.P. for all line reviews and events according to TSC standards.
• Partner with the Fixture Team in the development of any permanent fixtures that will enhance the customer experience and maximize sales.
• Manage all signage programs with the Marketing department to ensure consistency in execution to TSC standards.
• Create communication of all “test” programs for select groups of stores.
• Partner with Space Planners on space analysis, planogram creation, and SDI/planogram creation.
• Collaborate with the buying teams and vendor community for creation of permanent and semi-permanent displays that support TSC sales driving initiatives.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics on kitting and shipping of all signage kits.
• Assist stores with questions related to space, pop, fixtures, and presentation.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment, with a strong knowledge in merchandising. 3-5 years’ minimum experience in a retail environment

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

Required Proficiency and ability with Microsoft Office Products and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
