Sr. Analyst, HR Analytics
Overall Job Summary
This position is part of the Analytics, Insights & AI team within HR and plays a key role in delivering insights that influence decision-making, strategy, and workforce outcomes. The Sr. Analyst will partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders to analyze workforce trends, develop predictive models, and deliver storytelling that drives business value. This role supports CHRO-level scorecards, key HR KPIs, and targeted AI use cases that improve HR process efficiency and impact.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Partner with COEs, HRBPs, and business leaders to understand challenges, diagnose patterns, and deliver high-impact insights.
- Design and build dashboards, scorecards, and reports that surface key people metrics across the enterprise.
- Analyze workforce trends including attrition, internal mobility, performance, onboarding, and survey data.
- Develop predictive models to support decision-making (e.g., attrition risk, promotion velocity, onboarding success).
- Conduct cohort and event-based analyses to track the long-term impact of programs, policy changes, and talent investments.
- Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to explore patterns and produce actionable forecasts.
- Lead storytelling through visuals, executive summaries, and presentations that simplify complexity for senior audiences.
- Explore and prototype AI use cases such as text analytics, smart alerting, or dynamic insights delivery.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure clean inputs and scalable reporting structures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR processes using data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in a data analyst or people analytics role, ideally supporting HR or workforce functions. Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is required. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Kronos) is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s preferred.
