Sr. Analyst, HR Systems
Overall Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to provide functional solutions to business problems in Time and Attendance and Team Member Timekeeping Optimizations process through Kronos/UKG. Provide POV/demonstrations to internal customers, manage project plans, issue lists, and other supporting documents throughout the project to maintain client expectations and project milestone succes
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
1. Gather customer requirements in collaboration and develop features into user stories that can be consumed and executed by the development teams
2. Liaises with the Compliance and Payroll team to update Kronos configuration to accommodate new state and local regulations.
3. Defines standard operating procedures for application configuration to ensure clear communication of system setup needs.
4. Conducts root cause analysis and partners with IT on resolution
5. Provides functional and process expertise to Human Resource team on the Kronos application.
6. Liaises between HR, Payroll Operations customers, and IT to optimize processes
7. Facilitates customer kickoff calls, defines all aspects of a project, ; continually develops all customer communication strategies and delegates/triages issues as necessary
8. Oversees testing plans and troubleshooting techniques to complete final system setups.
9. Partners with Learning Team on delivery of training and directly supports end-user during and after the implementation process
10. Responds to issues with appropriate sense of urgency, following up with customers with resolutions in a timely manner.
11. Creates detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, and implementation documentation as necessary
12. Maintain the product backlog and assist is setting the product roadmap based on feedback from customers and other company stakeholders
13. Manage the development cycle of the product in partnership with IT Leadership to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
• Experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management Systems for Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
• Knowledge on all elements of the Kronos application to include Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Employees Scheduling, WIMs, Attendance, Access Profiles, etc.
• Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and requirements and providing solutions
• Project Lead experience in handling implementation projects in Kronos/UKG area
• Well organized, able to multitask and able to prioritize work
• Can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
• An abstract thinker with the ability to solve complex problems in creative, sustainable ways
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Talent for strong influencing and networking skills to help build and foster existing consultative relationships that drive synergy and partnership opportunities
• Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with minimal oversight
• Passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends
