Sr. Manager - Digital Growth
Overall Job Summary
As a key leader of the Digital Merchandising and Operations team, this role will lead and execute growth initiatives for our eCommerce platform, driving both revenue and user engagement. We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed individual contributor to drive the growth of digital subscriptions, sales chat, warranties, and financing. This role requires a self-starter with a proven ability to lead through influence, working across product, technology, e-commerce, stores, and supply chain teams to deliver results that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business impact.
This role is for a visionary leader who thrives on creating customer-first solutions and driving results in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer-centric strategies for business growth programs, ensuring alignment across functions and measurable outcomes
- Develop and execute successful growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the eCommerce platform
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, secure buy-in, and drive execution without direct authority
- Foster a culture of innovation, testing, and learning to continuously improve growth performance.
- Utilize data tools and analytics to track performance, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
- Drive the implementation of platform, data, and infrastructure projects to support growth initiatives.
- Communicate vision, strategies, and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach, deeply understanding customer needs and challenges.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience driving customer-focused, revenue-generating programs in a large, matrixed organization. At least 10 years of experience in sales, product management, or marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and direct reports.
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Information Systems, Advanced Analytics, or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive outcomes autonomously.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology and innovation environment preferred.
- Strong technical depth with experience in data and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with data tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SQL etc.
- Experience in ecommerce retail
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills to articulate complex strategies and progress clearly.
