Sr. Partner, DEI
Overall Job Summary
The position is responsible for cross-functional consultation, advisement, and supports the integration of DEI initiatives that align to Tractor Supply’s Mission and Values across the organization – Stores, Distribution Centers, Store Support Center, and Petsense. This position works collaboratively with DEI leadership and partners with HR Leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR Analytics, the business leadership team, and other key stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Manage DEI dashboard and disseminate key updates to DEI partners supporting the field.
- Work with the HR Analytics team to collect, analyze, and track DEI data and provide key insights & recommendations to DEI leadership.
- Evaluate and report on organization-wide progress/metrics of DEI program and share updates with key stakeholders.
- Consult and provide guidance to DEI Managers and HRBPs on best practices utilizing data analytics to increase DEI/ESG goals related to Leadership representation and Team Member representation.
- Partner with leadership to design DEI programs & training accessible throughout the organization.
- Develop and execute DEI programs & initiatives organization wide.
- Facilitate DEI programs & training and present updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage and execute DEI external surveys (e.g., CEI, Bloomberg, HCR, Catalyst, etc.)
- Manage intranet DEI content (e.g., communication channels) and external facing website DEI content.
- Ensure priorities are moving forward effectively and efficiently across/throughout stores that are critical to advancing successful DEI efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
All of the duties and responsibilities listed above may support Team Members in any business unit including Distribution Centers (DC), Store Operations, the Store Support Center (SSC), and Petsense.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in a large-scale organization including DEI experience in data analytics, consulting, coaching, managing, and executing programs. Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in organizational development, human resources or other business-related coursework required. Master’s degree preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

- DEI data analytics management
- Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills
- Highly skilled facilitator capable of facilitating DEI related training in multiple settings (i.e., classroom, conference call, web conference, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively to large groups and present to key leadership teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (inclusive of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) or related software
- Experience using virtual meeting and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. and an aptitude to work with new technology or systems.
- Strong project and program management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information discreetly
- High degree of emotional intelligence
