Overall Job Summary
Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our 2025 Summer Distribution Center Internship Program! This is an onsite, 11 week program beginning in May 2025.
The Tractor Supply Distribution Center (DC) Internship Program cultivates students' professional and personal growth through exposure to day-to-day operations and people management throughout the DC. The purpose of the program is to develop talent by offering an opportunity to learn firsthand about the organization, our culture, and distribution center operations. We seek highly motivated candidates, who value honesty and teamwork and possess strong leadership skills.

Required Qualifications
- Must be pursuing a degree or a recent graduate from an accredited university at the time of the internship, preferably a rising Junior or Senior
- Must be able to live in the Maumelle, AR area during the program
- Coursework related to supply chain, distribution center operations, logistics, transportation, or general management is preferred
- Previous internship or industry experience is a plus
- Must be computer literate; basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Working Conditions
May be required to lift 50 lbs. Must be capable of sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Required to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, possible exposure to hazardous products, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation.
